I began my dedicated interest in birth work twenty three years ago. I had a lovely chance meeting with an amazing Doula while at a hospital, and had the opportunity to pick her brain to learn more about what a Doula does. I knew then, this was a dream I just had to chase! I have had the privilege to attend and support many births of those I love over the last 20 years. I took the time to raise my own family, and then returned to my long awaited dream of supporting birthing persons as they will welcome their little ones into the world. I gave myself the ultimate Mother’s Day gift in 2023, and obtained my Professional Birth Doula Training from DONA International. Not only for myself, but for all Mothers to come. Since then, I have attended many beautiful births and supported many wonderful families to achieve their desired births. Since my journey all started with a chat about birth, I decided that “Talk Birthy To Me” was the perfect name for my business!
